Pay: £38,000.00–£47,000.00 per year (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Location: Bristol – must be able to reliably commute or relocate
Licence/Certification: Full UK Driving Licence (required)
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Gas Engineer to join our team at Blue Flame Services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in domestic gas engineering, plumbing and heating — with experience installing, servicing and repairing boilers and central heating systems. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established, family-run company offering local work, a van, and a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Installing, repairing and servicing domestic gas boilers and heating systems
- Carrying out gas safety checks and inspections to industry standards
- Diagnosing and resolving heating and boiler issues
- Completing all required paperwork and certifications accurately
- Advising customers and providing clear, professional communication
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Gas Safe registered with relevant qualifications (e.g. CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in domestic gas engineering
- Skilled in installation, maintenance, and fault-finding
- High standard of workmanship and safety awareness
- Friendly, punctual, and able to work independently
- Full UK driving licence (required)
