Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £38,000.00–£42,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday (some later finishes and occasional Saturdays if required)
Location: Bristol – must be able to reliably commute or relocate
Licence/Certification: Full UK Driving Licence (required)
Work Location: In person
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled, forward-thinking Bathroom & Kitchen Installer to join our expanding team at Blue Flame Services.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in full bathroom and kitchen refurbishments, with a strong background in plumbing, carpentry, tiling and general finishing. This is a great opportunity to join a local, family-run company offering reliable work, a van, and a supportive environment
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out full bathroom and kitchen installations from rip-out to completion
1st fix plumbing (copper pipework)
Fitting new units, worktops, baths, toilets, sinks and accessories
Tiling and/or wet wall panel fitting
2nd fix plasterboard, painting, finishing
Occasionally working on en-suites, wetrooms and cloakrooms
Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in full bathroom and kitchen installations
Multi-trade skills across plumbing, carpentry, tiling, finishing
High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
Problem solver with strong communication and customer service skills
Punctual, positive attitude, and ability to work alone
Full UK driving licence (required)
